RED Ice Wine
A sweet red wine made from a Cabernet Sauvignon base. Its rich pink colour draws you into this unique and flavorful ice wine which has hints of strawberry and apricot when sipped. white Ice Wine
A sweet white wine made from a Riesling base. The wine has a hint of fruity flavors mixed with a rich sweetness. It is best served chilled with fruit salads, and light desserts such as sponge cakes or fruit cheesecakes.
Port wine
The name derives from Porto, a northern town in Portugal. Port is a sweet, red wine which originated in the 18th century when the English took to the practice of adding brandy in order to stabilize wine for the long sea journey. This Port style wine is medium bodied with bold flavors of figs, brandy macerated raisins and caramel.
